Beurre

Just want to share my beurre selection, that will always be available in my chiller.

For my everyday use - cooking, baking, spreading yum... think I'm obsessed with butter wkwk.

Salted butter selection falls to the one and only Wijsman.

As for the unsalted one, indeed, this 82% fat beurre LOL.

Beurre manié ?? gastronomique ones everyone :)
